Aizah Azam completed her MS in Peace and Conflict Studies (PCS) from Centre for International Peace and Stability (CIPS) at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). She has served as the Associate Editor to the NUST Journal of International Peace & Stability (NJIPS) for a period over four years and was an integral part in the planning and launch of the Journal. Before her appointment at NUST, she served at the Shahid Javed Burki Institute of Public Policy (BIPP), Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) and the Centre for Strategic and Contemporary Research (CSCR). She has worked with Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI) for a brief amount of time as well. Ms Azam is the Co- Editor of the book titled, Forced Migration & Conflict-Induced Displacement: Impacts & Prospective Responses released in 2020. She has also edited and books of several retired ambassadors including Ambassador Altaf A. Shaikh (Late) and Ambassador Afrasiab Mehdi Qureshi Hashmi.
